Start with the service you are comparing
A staffed foam party includes an operator to run the foam equipment. Foam Mania’s standard experience includes a professional cannon, Bluetooth speakers, two microphones and beach balls. Equipment-only advertisements may describe a different service, so compare inclusions before comparing prices.
- Ask what equipment and staffing are included.
- Confirm the actual foam session duration.
- Ask whether regular foam or UV glow is quoted.
Duration and group rotations affect the plan
A backyard birthday and a school with several classes have different schedules. Tell us how many groups will participate, their ages and the time available. Include transition time and the time guests must leave the activity.
- Share guest count and age range.
- Identify whether groups can rotate.
- Confirm the service duration in writing.
Travel and venue access belong in the quote
Give your complete event address. The city name alone is not enough to assess travel, access and scheduling. A listing on our service-area page means we review requests there; it does not guarantee free travel or a particular date.
- Provide gate and equipment-access instructions.
- Identify water and power within 50 feet.
- Share any venue paperwork requirements.
Compare the total before confirming
Review the package, travel, taxes, additions and any applicable fees together. Read the payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms in your written agreement. Do not assume a past promotion or another customer’s price applies to your event.

- Clarify payment timing and confirmation requirements.
- Keep a copy of the agreed quote and event details.
